WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are actively seeking a Director of First Impressions/Customer Service Representative to join our team. Digital Technology Group Inc. is a Tampa based company celebrating 20 years as an industry leader.Pushing the limits is a part of who we are. That means we expect our team members to push the envelope on their own skills as well. If you aren't growing, you are getting too comfortable. We have high expectations for our company, our team and you will need to possess high expectations for yourself. If you are detail oriented and understand the balance between production and perfection we are interested in talking to you. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING HERE?

  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Greet and direct walk in customers
  • Basic data entry responsibilities entering vendor bills and filing
  • Basic data entry of web orders into system
  • Create final invoices and email to customers
  • Direct in bound and out bound US mail
  • Assist Office Manager with other office tasks and reports as directed
  • Working with the sales team to create a positive customer experience
  • Working with customers to fulfill requests for samples and process orders
  • Working with the sales team to support new ideas, marketing efforts and live events

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

  • A positive attitude and enjoys interacting with people
  • A desire to work hard and be a team player
  • A commitment to excellence and takes pride in their work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent phone skills
  • The ability to quickly build rapport with a client, ask probing questions, gather and document information and process order requests from customers.
  • The ability to work with a high level of organization and accountability.
  • Experience as a receptionist or customer service representative
  • Experience with computer data entry and Microsoft, Adobe and CRM software

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING HERE?
We expect our sales representatives to balance managing and growing their book of business with consistently looking to grow and expand their customer base. You will be a part of a great team of sales professionals at our corporate office but there is opportunity for travel and participation in our road show events, trade shows and strategic customer visits. We also actively participate in various industry related associations and networking opportunities.

Recruitment fraud is a sophisticated scam offering fake job opportunities to job seekers. This type of fraud is normally carried out through online services such as false websites, or through fake e-mails claiming to be from the company. The fraudsters often request recipients to provide personal information and to make payments as part of their fake recruiting process.
